Shipping policy
Overview:
All orders over $50 ship free within the United States. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
Processing time is how long it takes us to get your item in the mail. We generally take 1 - 2 business days to process your order, unless otherwise stated in the product description (i.e. specialty items).
Orders ship through the United States Post Office, but UPS® shipping is also available.

Processing Time
The processing time is the time that it takes us to prepare your order to ship, and is defined as the period between you placing your order and our staff shipping it.
Most items will take 1 to 2 business days to process, unless otherwise noted in the item descriptions. Some items are special order, and may take up to 5 to 6 business days. Please read the item descriptions for processing times of specific products.
Shipping Methods
The shipping method will be chosen by the buyer during checkout.
Our free shipping option is for US residents only and utilizes the USPS First Class shipping service, which takes approximately 3 to 5 business days to arrive after the package is received by the post office. If your package is over one (1) pound, we will use Priority Mail which takes approximately 1 to 3 business days to arrive.
Shipping Issues Due to Carrier
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for items damaged due to carrier negligence, but please contact us if you would like to purchase a replacement and we will give you a discounted rate.
In the event of non-delivery due to carrier error, the buyer assumes all costs exceeding the insurance value of the package (if applicable). If your package has not been delivered on time, please contact the carrier as they will have relevant information. Do not contact us until after you have done so, as packages are out of our control once they have been shipped.
